The arrests follow a probe into an assault at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the incident, two women had stolen from them their luggage upon exiting a parking garage elevator.
A three-year-old girl was one of the those hurt during the incident. A total of five individuals went to hospital for treatment and were later discharged.
Police detained a man in his thirties for suspected robbery and assault near the location. He has since been released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.
Police were alerted at approximately 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding a number of people injured by a noxious substance believed to be pepper spray.
The attack - an event that authorities stated was a standalone incident and not considered an act of terror - caused train delays and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the T3 car park for a short time.
